Job summary

Humana is seeking a network support specialist in Jakarta Pusat to perform maintenance and troubleshooting of connectivity, manage LAN access, and maintain data center and internet services. You will coordinate across L1/L2/L3 teams, configure routing changes, and support internal network requests.

The role requires Fortigate firewall familiarity, Jira ticketing experience, and 2+ years in a related position, with monitoring tool proficiency (Zabbix/PRTG/Nagios).

Qualifications

• Experience using Ticketing System (Jira)
• Familiar using monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios, etc.)
• Have basic firewall knowledge
• Have minimum 2 years work experience related with this position
