Job summary

PT. Metrodata Electronics Tbk. is seeking a skilled Network Technician to manage and maintain data communication networks and infrastructure in Jakarta.

The role requires hands-on experience with TCP/IP networking concepts, Cisco devices, and network troubleshooting, along with documenting networks and collaborating with internal teams to ensure SLA compliance. A D3 in a related field and solid communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelorish? No. The candidate should have a D3 in IT related field.
• Experience in computer networks or information systems.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts.
• Experience in managing and configuring network devices, especially Cisco products.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain network devices and infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage data network cabling.
• Support the operation and maintenance of Data Communication Networks (JKD), including Intranet and Extranet services.
• Handle virtual events, ticket requests, and incident management while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Assist in preparing network management reports and maintaining network administration documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure network reliability and service quality.
