Qualifications

• Pharmacist professional education required.

Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the NBL (Non-Beta Laktam) production process to ensure efficient operations, high-quality product output, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. **Job Responsibilities:** \\* Supervise and lead a team of production operators, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback. \\* Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet demand and optimize resource utilization. \\* Monitor production processes, identifying and resolving operational issues, bottlenecks, and deviations. \\* Implement and enforce strict quality control procedures to ensure product specifications are consistently met. \\* Oversee raw material inventory, consumption, and storage, coordinating with procurement and logistics. \\* Maintain accurate production records, including daily output, waste, downtime, and quality checks. \\* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and good manufacturing practices (GMP). \\* Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate with maintenance for preventative and corrective actions. \\* Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction within the production line. \\* Prepare and present production reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and challenges. **Job Qualifications:** \\* Pharmacist Professional Educationin field. \\* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a production supervisor role, preferably in the food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industry. \\* Proven experience with NBL (Non-Beta Laktam) product or Pharmacy product. \\* Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP principles. \\* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. \\* Ability to troubleshoot production issues and make data-driven decisions. \\* Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite. \\* Strong commitment to safety and quality standards. \\* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
