Job description

Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the NBL (Non-Beta Laktam) production process to ensure efficient operations, high-quality product output, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of production operators, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet demand and optimize resource utilization.
• Monitor production processes, identifying and resolving operational issues, bottlenecks, and deviations.
• Implement and enforce strict quality control procedures to ensure product specifications are consistently met.
• Oversee raw material inventory, consumption, and storage, coordinating with procurement and logistics.
• Maintain accurate production records, including daily output, waste, downtime, and quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate with maintenance for preventative and corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction within the production line.
• Prepare and present production reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and challenges.

Job Qualifications:

• Pharmacist Professional Education in field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a production supervisor role, preferably in the food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience with NBL (Non-Beta Laktam) product or Pharmacy product.
• Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
