Job summary

PT Serata Makmur Raya is seeking a Naval Architect to prepare ship construction drawings and technical documentation for marine projects. The role involves developing Lines Plans, General Arrangements, Construction Profiles, and Structural Drawings, while aligning with class submission requirements.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Project teams, supporting project execution and documentation updates. Based on qualifications, on-site work in Surabaya is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of shipyard or ship consultant experience.
• Experience with SPOB, LCT, and Tugboat projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Maxsurf, NavCad, Excel, and other 3D software.
• Strong understanding of ship construction, stability, and marine systems.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related field

Minimum 2-4 years experience in shipyard or ship consultant companies

Experienced in SPOB (Self Propelled Oil Barge), LCT (Landing Craft Tank), and Tugboat projects

Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Maxsurf, NavCad, Excel, and other 3D software

Strong understanding of ship construction, stability, and marine systems

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under deadlines

Relevant certification or licensure in naval architecture or marine engineering is a plus

Ability to work on-site in Surabaya
