Qualifications

• Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa.
• Bachelor's Degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field from an accredited university.
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (min 120 hours).
• 1–2 years teaching experience; experience with children/teens/young adults preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong classroom management capabilities.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with digital teaching tools/platforms.
• Willing to relocate/work on-site in Gading Serpong.

As an English Native Teacher, your primary responsibility will be to create an engaging learning environment that enhances students' English communication skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing), with a strong focus on pronunciation, fluency, and cultural awareness.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching & Instruction: Conduct dynamic, interactive, and student-centered English language classes for various age groups and proficiency levels.
• Curriculum & Lesson Planning: Design, prepare, and deliver high-quality lesson plans and supplementary materials following the school's curriculum.
• Student Assessment: Evaluate and monitor students’ academic progress through regular tests, assignments, and practical speaking assessments.
• Feedback & Reporting: Provide constructive feedback to students and prepare periodic academic progress reports for parents/management.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, safe, and encouraging classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
• School Events & Activities: Participate in school events, language workshops, cultural celebrations, and departmental meetings.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with local teachers and academic staff to continuously improve teaching strategies and course content.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Native English Speaker: Passport holder from native English-speaking countries (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa).
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Education, English, Linguistics, or any related field from an accredited university.
• Teaching Certification: TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (minimum 120 hours) is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of teaching experience (experience teaching children, teenagers, or young adults is preferred).
