Job summary

PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia is seeking a Retail Operations Leader to oversee national POSM distribution and ensure branding excellence across all stores. You will ensure timely delivery and accurate stock allocation, coordinate new store openings, and drive retail execution with cross-functional teams.

You will lead the flagship stores nationwide, develop sales strategies, supervise the store team, maintain brand standards, and travel as needed to support operations and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage National Operation store regarding POSM distribution and operational successfulness, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to all stores.
• Maintain proper allocation of branding materials and stock in each store in line with company standards.
• Support and coordinate new store openings, ensuring all retail setup and branding are completed on time.
• Monitor and report progress of POSM distribution and in-store branding execution.
• Conduct store checks to ensure compliance with visual merchandising and branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth retail execution
• Manage Flagship store accross Indonesia. Develop strategies to drive sales and profitability,lead and supervise the store team, maintain store standards and customer experience, ensure operational compliance, and analyze sales and customer needs and be prepared for frequent business trips.
