Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Sales Manager for Accessories to lead Indonesia-wide sales strategy for power banks, smartwatches, IoT devices, and related products. You will build and manage dealer and distributor partnerships to ensure distribution, visibility, and healthy inventory across MT and GT channels.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years in consumer electronics sales with 3 years in a managerial role, plus fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• At least 6 years in sales in consumer electronics or IT with 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven network of dealers and distributors across MT and GT.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Develop national sales roadmaps to hit revenue targets.
• Manage and expand MT and GT dealer/distributor networks.
• Monitor pricing, trends, and market dynamics.
• Track stock movement and ensure product visibility.
• Strengthen partnerships with retail partners and wholesalers.
