Job summary

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years in partnership management or community relations.
• Proficiency in Indonesian (Professional/Legal) and good English.
• Comfortable networking with BUMN, schools, and corporate partners.
• Knowledge of MBKM/Internship protocols is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative processes for national partnerships, including MoUs, official letters, partner databases, and reports.
• Ensure faculty collaboration activities are properly documented and reported for government performance indicators, including IKU and IA.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support the execution of partnership activities based on approved agreements.
• Build and maintain active domestic partnerships with universities, companies, institutions, and organizations.
• Communicate and coordinate with external stakeholders regarding partnership activities and collaborations.
