Job summary

Plan Indonesia seeks a Corporate Partnership Coordinator to support donor acquisition, retention, and reporting from Jakarta. You will develop processes with the Corporate Partnership Manager, identify potential donors, and manage communications across channels including email, LinkedIn, and events.

You will coordinate donor events, ensure timely reports, and maintain donor databases while upholding safeguarding and GEDSI standards in all fundraising activities. Hybrid work arrangement applies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in CSR/fundraising in NGOs or not-for-profit organizations.
• Experience writing donor proposals is advantageous.
• Knowledge of CSR funding opportunities, especially corporate donors.
• Experience with research, database management, and events both virtual and offline.
• Knowledge of gender transformative approach, GEDSI principles, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adjust Donor Acquisition SOPs with the team.
• Map and assess potential corporate donors aligned with Plan Indonesia’s strategy.
• Maintain donor communications via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and events.
• Coordinate donor events and ensure timely reports and accountability to donors.
• Maintain donor database and ensure governance of documents and compliance.
