Job summary

PT Global Yimi Cargo (J&T Cargo) is seeking an experienced Assistant/Translator/Executive Assistant to serve as a liaison between the General Manager and clients, vendors, and partners in Mandarin, Indonesian, and English. The role includes translation, scheduling, meeting minutes, and cross‑department coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Diploma/Bachelor degree from related field
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and/or Indonesian in both spoken and written form
• Minimum 1-3 years experience as Assistant, Translator, Executive Assistant, or related position is a plus
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Willing to work mobile and follow GM work schedule
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Willing to undertake business travel when required

Responsibilities

• Act as communication bridge between General Manager with clients, vendors, and partners in Mandarin, Indonesian, and English
• Translate documents, emails, reports, and conversations in both written and oral form (Mandarin)
• Accompany GM in meetings, business trips, and negotiations with relevant parties
• Assist with scheduling, appointments, business travel arrangements, and GM administrative needs
• Create meeting minutes and follow up on ongoing tasks and deadlines
• Coordinate between departments to ensure effective operations
• Maintain confidentiality of company data and management information
• Handle administrative work and other ad hoc tasks from GM
