Job summary

PT Fullmoon Jaya Abadi seeks a capable Translator/Executive Assistant to support our leadership in Malang, East Java. You will translate Mandarin to Indonesian and Indonesian to Mandarin, and assist expatriates during meetings, site visits, and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin.
• At least 1 year of experience as Translator or Executive Assistant.
• Valid SIM A (preferred) and ability to drive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willing to travel for business.
• Domiciled in Malang or nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Translate verbal and written communication (Mandarin - Indonesian)
• Assist expatriates and management during meetings, site visits, and daily operations
• Handle administrative tasks, data entry, and simple reporting
• Act as the communication bridge between management and local teams
