Job summary

PT NEW CORAL SEA is seeking a capable accounting professional in Jakarta to manage financial records for the group. You will prepare and record accurate journal entries for multiple entities and help ensure the integrity of the General Ledger.

Working closely with AP and AR teams, you will assist in month-end closing, perform reconciliations, and review supporting documents for accuracy and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GL, journal entries, reconciliations.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; ERP familiarity.
• Experience with multiple entities and cross-team coordination.
• English proficiency; able to work ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries for multiple entities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and match transactions.
• Maintain the General Ledger and review account balances.
• Coordinate with AP & AR teams to ensure proper records.
• Assist month-end and period-end closing with reconciliations.
• Review documents for accuracy and compliance with policies.
