Job summary

PT GIANDHI DUNIA REKREASI is seeking a Store Operational Manager to lead store operations, drive customer experience, and support expansion across the region. You will guide daily performance, implement SOPs, and ensure consistency across all locations.

The role requires 5–8 years in retail ops, with at least 3 years in multi-store leadership, and a proven track record in opening new stores and managing growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in retail operations.
• At least 3 years in a multi-store management role.
• Experience in new store openings or expansion projects.
• Strong understanding of inventory, customer service and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of stores in the region.
• Lead store openings including readiness, staffing and setup.
• Develop and implement SOPs and best practices.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and store profitability for improvements.
• Drive sales through merchandising, customer engagement and initiatives.
• Coach Store Leaders and teams to build a high-performing culture.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance.
