MR.D.I.Y. Indonesia is seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to lead and optimize daily store performance across operations, training, and governance. You will enforce SOPs, drive staff development, and ensure accurate reporting and inventory control.

The role requires a strong track record in retail leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and store profitability.

Competenze

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline required.
• 10+ years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Strong understanding of store operations and sales management.
• Experience leading store teams and ensuring operational compliance.
• Proficient with store reporting and analytics.
• Good grasp of Visual Merchandising principles.

• Ensure SOPs and policies are followed across the store.
• Develop and run training and development programs for staff.
• Conduct operational audits covering financials, assets, and merchandising.
• Investigate misconduct and breaches of policy.
