PT Link Net Tbk mencari MSSP Security Development Specialist untuk mengembangkan dan mengelola produk ICT dan Managed Security Service sepanjang siklus hidupnya, dari analisis pasar hingga peluncuran dan evaluasi kinerja.

Peran ini bekerja sama dengan tim teknis, keamanan, penjualan, presales, komersial, serta mitra teknologi untuk memastikan kelayakan teknis, daya saing komersial, dan kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan pelanggan serta pasar.

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di Ilmu Komputer/Sistem Informasi/Administrasi Bisnis atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman 1–3 tahun di Manajemen Produk, Pengembangan Produk, ICT Solutions, Cybersecurity, atau Presales.
• Pengalaman membuat layanan penawaran/servis.
• Pemahaman kuat tentang solusi cybersecurity, terutama Network Security, EDR/XDR atau layanan keamanan terkelola.

Job description

The MSSP Security Development Specialist is responsible for developing and managing ICT and Managed Security Service products throughout the product lifecycle, from market analysis, product definition, business case and pricing, product development and launch, to performance monitoring and continuous improvement. The role works closely with technical, security operations, sales, presales, commercial teams, and technology partners to ensure products are technically feasible, commercially competitive, and aligned with customer and market needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-3 years in Product Management, Product Development, ICT Solutions, Cybersecurity, or Presales
• Experience in creating service offerings
• Good understanding of cybersecurity solutions, terutama Network Security dan minimal exposure ke SOC/SIEM, EDR/XDR atau managed security services.
• Experience working with technology vendors/partners.
• Understanding of SOC operation dan security service delivery ( Good To have )
• Strong business and commercial mindset
