BukuWarung is seeking a Merchant Success Executive to expand EDC installations among SMEs and drive sales growth. You will visit merchants using your own motorcycle, promote payment solutions, and build lasting relationships to ensure satisfaction and continued usage.

Successful candidates will have a high school diploma, a motorcycle with SIM C, and proven ability to hit sales targets. This role involves travel and direct client interaction to grow the merchant network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Owner of a motorcycle with active SIM C license.
• Experience in motorized sales or canvassing helps reach merchants.
• Proven sales track record in sectors like cigarette sales, order-taking, internet, or oil.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to meet sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for merchant relationships.

Responsibilities
