BukuWarung is seeking a Merchant Success Executive to expand the SME network by promoting and installing EDC machines, helping merchants enhance their transaction capabilities.

The role drives sales growth, maintains strong merchant relationships, and supports adoption of payment solutions. A motorcycle and license are required for field visits; prior motorized sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ownership of a motorcycle and an active motorcycle license (SIM C).
• Experience in motorized sales or canvassing.
• Proven track record in sectors like cigarette sales, order-taking, internet, or oil.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure sales and foster long-term partnerships.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain and enhance relationships with merchants.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new sales opportunities to expand the installation of EDC machines among SMEs, increasing market penetration.
• Negotiate with potential clients to generate sales and secure deals, ensuring growth in revenue.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by the company to contribute to overall business objectives.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing merchants using EDC machines to ensure satisfaction and continued usage.
• Provide exceptional service and support to merchants, facilitating smooth operations and addressing any concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and improve product offerings.
• Document and report sales activities and market feedback to help refine sales strategies and approaches.
