• Strong knowledge of cloud computing with focus on Azure and AWS.
• Experience with Azure and AWS solutions like Azure Security, Entra, M365, Defender; AWS Lambda, EC2, Fargate.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Perform Day-2 operational activities across AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Monitor and maintain availability, health, performance, and capacity of cloud services.
• Operate production workloads and infrastructure per SLAs, SLOs, and procedures.
• Operate and troubleshoot Azure services such as VMs, VNets, Storage, Azure SQL, Load Balancer, Entra ID, Monitor, Recovery Services.
• Troubleshoot connectivity between cloud services, on-premises, and across AWS and Azure.
• Monitor infrastructure and cloud services using native and enterprise monitoring platforms.
• Analyze metrics, logs, events, alerts, and performance data to identify issues.

Job description

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other relevant field
• Proven experience and aptitude in similar role for 3+ years.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends, with special focus to Microsoft Azure and AWS technology
• Able to articulate Microsoft and AWS solutions such as Azure Security, Microsoft Entra, O/M365, Defender solutions, Amazon EC2, AWS Lambda, and AWS Fargate among other items
• Competent with Microsoft Office applications i.e. Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Ability to perform under pressure and tight time constraints; be able to work under limited guidance in line with a broad plan, or strategy; Leadership, teamwork, commitment, and service excellence personal qualities
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated cloud reports to management and other IT development partners
• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work
