Job summary

Siemens Healthineers Indonesia is seeking an MRI Application Specialist to actively engage radiology customers in post-sales processes and coordinate the customer experience throughout the Siemens system lifecycle.

You will provide clinical support to radiologists and technologists, conduct trainings, assist with protocol optimization, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with sales, service and R&D to deploy solutions and improve workflows while traveling to meet customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiographer Technology, Medical Physicist, and Biomedical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in Radiology Imaging System.
• Fluent in English and additional foreign languages are an advantage.
• Willingness and ability to have high travel session to meet Siemens Healthineers’ Customers.
• Good problem-solving analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and guidance to radiologists and technologists on MRI system usage and workflow optimization.
• Conduct training sessions and create educational materials to ensure proficiency in MRI applications and protocols.
• Assist with system setup, protocol optimization, and troubleshooting to enhance image quality and efficiency.
• Serve as the primary customer liaison for MRI application inquiries and product feedback.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and R&D teams to support product deployment, clinical trials, and workflow improvements.
• Ensure MRI operations adhere to safety guidelines, institutional policies, and regulatory standards.
• Document training, support activities, and protocol changes, and communicate insights for product improvement.
