Job summary

Elekta is seeking a Software Support Specialist in Indonesia to deliver professional customer support for the Elekta product range and related third‑party products.

You will handle product issues via phone, email, and portals, prioritize clinically impactful cases, troubleshoot in live environments, visit customer sites as needed, and document all activities in accordance with Elekta policies.

A strong communicator with knowledge of medical imaging and radiotherapy software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Computer Sciences (or equivalent).
• At least 3 years’ experience in software support.
• Experience in medical imaging is desirable.
• Proficient in Bahasa and English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer support for Elekta products in Indonesia.
• Support product issues via phone, email, or portal; prioritize clinically impactful cases.
• Visit customer sites to investigate and resolve product issues.
• Prioritize and manage cases efficiently and professionally.
• Clearly explain steps to diagnose and resolve problems to customers.
• Escalate and seek advice to ensure timely resolutions.
