Job summary

Lear Corporation in Indonesia is seeking an Assistant Logistics Manager to lead Materials Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, Inventory, and Import/Export Operations. This role ensures uninterrupted material supply to production and optimizes inventory levels while leading a high-performing MP&L team to meet customer and business requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required and 2+ years in a managerial logistics role.
Experience in fast-paced warehouse/distribution or automotive settings.
Strong IT and Excel skills; familiarity with MRP/ERP and WMS.
Knowledge of import/export regulations and ISO TS16949 / IATF16949.
PPJK certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead MP&L to ensure uninterrupted material supply and optimize inventory.
Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and shipping contacts; develop value-adding solutions.
Ensure import/export compliance and that logistics partners follow processes.
Analyze capacity, demand, and inventory; align with production schedules.
Drive lean improvements in warehouse operations and data sharing.
Support ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 health, safety, and environmental programs.
