Job summary

Lear Corporation, a global automotive technology leader, seeks an experienced Assistant Logistics Manager to oversee Materials Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, Inventory, and Import/Export operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' experience at Assistant Manager / Manager level in Warehouse, PPIC, EXIM, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience managing in a fast-paced, pressured warehouse/distribution/manufacturing environment.
• Strong IT skills with advanced Excel.
• Familiar with ISO TS16949 / IATF16949 requirements.
• PPJK certificate is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop MP&L department to comply with rules and company policies.
• Maintain clear communication with suppliers, vendors, and shipping contacts throughout procurement.
• Ensure import/export compliance procedures are followed by employees and service providers.
• Conduct monthly capacity and performance analyses; align forecasts, schedules, and warehouse utilization.
• Conduct risk assessments on perishability, supply trends, and obsolescence; re-balance stock.
• Generate regular stock and performance reports for stakeholders.
• Adjust procedures to meet warehouse demands, schedules, workflows, and safety guidelines.
• Improve operations using lean practices; drive continuous improvement in MP&L.
• Ensure ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and ISO 45001 alignment and compliance.
• Lead health, safety, quality, and environmental programs; provide resources for implementation.
• Manage DOA-based release approvals and assessments for MP&L personnel.

2 years' experience in MP&L leadership

Managerial experience in fast-paced WM

Import/Export knowledge

ISO TS16949 / IATF16949 familiarity

PPJK certificate advantage
