Job summary

Plan Indonesia is seeking a MER Specialist for AIR SETARA, a 3.5-year WASH project operating across Timor Tengah Selatan, Manggarai, and Belu, NTT. Based in Kupang, you will lead research, assessments and evidence generation to improve water, sanitation and hygiene outcomes.

You will drive learning and adaptation, share knowledge with programme teams and partners, and contribute to a robust Theory of Change. Minimum 3 years in M&E and a background in related fields are required.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E.
Strong background in data analysis and evidence generation.
Familiarity with Theory of Change and learning loops.

Responsibilities

Conduct research, assessments and evidence generation.
Drive learning, adaptation and knowledge sharing across teams.
Collaborate with programme staff, partners and stakeholders.
