Qualifications

• Experience in deploying and maintaining observability stacks.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring tools and ITSM workflows.
• Ability to integrate metrics, logs, and traces for reliable dashboards.

• Deploying and integrating monitoring for GPU nodes, network fabric, storage, operating systems, platform services and facilities events, including dashboards, alert logic and ITSM event flows.
• Requires 5+ years of observability engineering experience with NVIDIA DCGM, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, SNMP, Redfish, syslog, REST APIs, event integration, alert tuning, automation and operational dashboards.
