Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology or related field.
• Proven experience (1+ years) in a molecular biology lab setting.
• Strong theoretical and practical understanding of molecular biology.
• DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, qPCR, and gel electrophoresis proficiency.
• Experience with sequencing technologies (Sanger/NGS) is a plus.
• Familiarity with LIMS is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good problem-solving and proactive approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Execute molecular biology techniques including DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, qPCR, gel electrophoresis, and sequencing.
• Prepare and analyze samples with proper labeling, handling, and storage.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment such as thermal cyclers and spectrophotometers.
• Document procedures, observations, and results in notebooks/databases.
• Perform data analysis, interpretation, and report preparation.
• Troubleshoot and optimize protocols as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe lab environment following guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments.
• Stay updated on new molecular techniques and technologies.
• Assist in development/validation of new molecular assays.

• Prepare and analyze samples, ensuring proper handling, labeling, and storage protocols are followed.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including thermal cyclers, centrifuges, spectrophotometers, and genetic analyzers.
• Document experimental procedures, observations, and results accurately and thoroughly in laboratory notebooks and databases.
• Perform data analysis and interpretation, drawing conclusions and preparing reports.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize experimental protocols as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Stay updated on new molecular biology techniques and technologies.

Job Qualifications
