JAPFA in Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support daily operations across receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch. You will operate material handling equipment and warehouse systems, ensuring safety and accuracy.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, adherence to SOPs, safety, quality, housekeeping, and participation in counts and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Perform and support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Operate material handling equipment and warehouse systems (WMS) safely and accurately.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper handling, labeling, and stock movements.
• Support compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Assist in stock counts, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• Support workflow coordination and guide junior operators where required.
• Report operational issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly.
• Contribute to productivity improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
