Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze supply chain data, including inventory levels, lead times, logistics costs, and supplier performance, to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, production, logistics, and sales, to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track supply chain performance and communicate findings to management.
• Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain issues and propose effective corrective actions.
• Participate in the development and implementation of supply chain technology solutions and systems.
• Support demand forecasting and supply planning activities to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Evaluate and manage supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality and delivery standards.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations within a manufacturing or agricultural setting preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with agricultural supply chain dynamics is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.

Tanggung Jawab:

• Menganalisis data supply chain, seperti stok barang, lead time, biaya logistik, dan performa supplier untuk menemukan peluang perbaikan dan peningkatan efisiensi.
• Menyusun serta menjalankan inisiatif yang dapat membuat proses supply chain lebih efektif, mengurangi pemborosan, dan meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pelanggan.
• Bekerja sama dengan tim Procurement, Produksi, Logistik, dan Sales untuk memastikan proses supply chain berjalan lancar.
• Memantau KPI supply chain dan menyiapkan laporan secara berkala sebagai bahan evaluasi dan pengambilan keputusan manajemen.
• Mengidentifikasi akar permasalahan yang terjadi dalam proses supply chain serta memberikan rekomendasi solusi yang tepat.
• Mendukung pengembangan dan implementasi sistem maupun teknologi yang berkaitan dengan supply chain.
• Bantu proses demand forecasting dan supply planning agar ketersediaan stok tetap optimal.
• Memahami alur supply chain di industri pertanian atau FMCG menjadi nilai tambah.
• Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office, khususnya Excel untuk pengolahan data dan pembuatan laporan.

Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Supply Chain Management, Logistik, Teknik Industri, Manajemen Bisnis, atau jurusan terkait.
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang Supply Chain, Logistik, atau Operasional.
• Pengalaman di industri manufaktur atau agribisnis menjadi nilai tambah.
• Memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik serta mampu mengolah dan menginterpretasikan data untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan.
• Terbiasa menggunakan sistem ERP seperti SAP, Oracle, atau sistem sejenis.
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan nyaman bekerja sama dengan berbagai tim.
• Teliti, terorganisir, dan mampu mengatur prioritas pekerjaan dengan baik.
• Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim di lingkungan kerja yang dinamis.
