Job summary

Alcon's Engineering function invites applications for an Associate II, Molding & Tooling Engineering, focused on mold tooling and injection molding process development, supporting defect analysis, tooling optimization, and process troubleshooting.

You will bring 1–2 years of molding or tooling experience, plus strong English communication. A bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred, with knowledge of MiniTab or Power BI advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; mechanical, chemical or related field.
• 1–2 years of molding and/or tooling experience.
• Good English communication (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of MiniTab or Power BI advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in mold tooling and injection molding process development.
• Support defect analysis and tooling optimization.
• Troubleshoot processes and manufacturing steps.
