Alcon's Engineering function invites applications for an Associate II, Molding & Tooling Engineering, focused on mold tooling and injection molding process development, supporting defect analysis, tooling optimization, and process troubleshooting.
You will bring 1–2 years of molding or tooling experience, plus strong English communication. A bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred, with knowledge of MiniTab or Power BI advantageous.
