Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in molding and/or tooling.
• Good command of English in spoken and written form.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required; other disciplines with relevant experience may apply.

Responsibilities

• Execute molding-related activities and tooling setup for production.
• Investigate molding issues and implement CAPAs to improve yield and quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe molding area following standards and procedures.
• Support engineering projects and validation activities in molding and related areas.
• Provide process improvements and data-driven analysis to optimize performance.
