Formulatrix Indonesia is seeking a Process Engineer in Central Java to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and drive quality. This full-time role collaborates with engineering teams to deploy Kaizen, PFMEA, and PDCA across production lines, delivering scalable solutions.

You will develop and validate process simulations, work with CAD/CAM tools like Solidworks or Onshape, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualificações

• Diploma (D3/D4) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience with process simulations and lean manufacturing; PFMEA and PDCA.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM with Solidworks or Onshape.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through startup and certification.
• Assess production processes by taking measurements and interpreting data.
• Design and implement processes, systems, and solutions to improve production rates and quality.
• Manage introduction of new products and processes into mass production.
• Maintain and reduce production costs and time constraints.
• Perform PFMEA/DFMEA risk assessments.
• Review design for manufacturability and prepare standard work instructions.

Overview roles

As a Process Engineer at PT Formulatrix Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in optimising the company's manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, high-quality production. This full-time position is based in Central Java, where you will contribute your expertise to the company's strategic goals within the Engineering and Process Engineering functions.

Job Description:

• Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through startup and certification.
• Assess and evaluate production processes by taking accurate measurements and interpreting data.
• Design and implement innovative processes, systems, and solutions to enhance production rates and output quality.
• Manage the introduction of new products and processes into the production environment for mass production.
• Maintain and reduce production costs and time constraints to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform risk assessments to identify potential failures in the production process through PFMEA/DFMEA.
• Review design for manufacturability (ease of assembly), 2D Review, 3D Review, develop BOM, assembly chronology, and prepare standard work instructions.

Requirement:

Education

• Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field

Experience:

• Experience in process simulations and various manufacturing systems and improvements such as Kaizen, lean manufacturing, PFMEA, and PDCA.

Technical Skills:

• Have an understanding of new product development processes.
• Have the ability to analyze statistical data.
• Have the ability to use CAD/CAM (Experience with Solidworks or Onshape is a plus).
• Have knowledge of process-related standards and health-safety regulations.
• Have a working knowledge of using process engineering software.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
