Job summary

You will coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Trade Marketing on claims, budgets, and promo agreements, and verify promo updates across accounts to maintain accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics is preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales administrative, FMCG, or retail industries.
• Familiar with promo Modern Trade accounts.
• Proactive, communicative, organized, and conscientious.

Responsibilities

• Complete account payable supporting documents from distributors and modern trade accounts.
• Cross check and validate promotions against budget and promotion agreement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (Sales, Finance, & Trade Marketing) regarding claims, budget, and promotion agreements.
• Check promo updates in related accounts.
