SKINTIFIC is seeking a Modern Trade Sales Analyst in Jakarta Selatan to own recurring commercial reporting and perform deep-dive analyses. The role combines strong SQL, Excel, and BI development with daily collaboration with KAM and commercial stakeholders in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, technically solid, proactive, and uses AI with judgment to enhance reporting quality while maintaining trust in numbers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of analytics or reporting experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Proactive ownership and clear communication with cross-functional teams.
• Experience partnering with sales/commercial stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• Experience creating recurring weekly/monthly reports and dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Own recurring weekly and monthly Modern Trade reports.
• Partner with KAM and stakeholders; communicate clearly and validate figures.
• Spot report breaks, propose fixes, and prevent escalations.
• Break complex questions into steps and show work before answering.
• Run deep dives, build reusable models (Excel/BI) and derive recommendations.
• Develop BI reports or models in Power BI, Looker, or Tableau; ensure data quality.
• Write strong SQL with joins, grain, dedup and business-rule filters.
• Reconcile figures and apply AI to accelerate reporting while preserving accuracy.
