Traveloka is seeking a Manager, Mobile Engineering within the Financing Engineering team in Jakarta to own delivery and people leadership for a small mobile team, staying hands-on enough to influence architecture and code quality.

You will set the technical direction, unblock engineers, and grow talent through feedback, while translating roadmaps into concrete mobile work and collaborating with product and adjacent teams across Southeast Asia.

• You have at least 8 years of mobile engineering, including leading a small team.
• You still write and review enough mobile code that your team trusts your technical judgment.
• You can set the architectural direction for their work.
• You have led the delivery of a mobile project through a small team — you broke the work down and you unblocked people.
• You were accountable for it landing at quality through the release cycle.
• You grow the engineers around you with specific, honest feedback.
• You have helped someone level up because of how you coached them.
• You handle first‑line people responsibility — 1:1s, goal‑setting, honest performance conversations.
• You push back on scope with evidence.
• You communicate clearly with product and adjacent teams.
