Job summary

Traveloka is seeking a Mobile Engineer to contribute to Financing Engineering for its travel platform. You will own features end-to-end in iOS or Android apps, delivering resilient, high-performing experiences that scale across Southeast Asia's markets.

You will work on real-time credit decisioning, instalment flows, and payment journeys, collaborating with backend and frontend teams to ensure smooth checkout experiences and overall product quality across devices and networks.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year building production mobile apps.
• Proficiency in Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Obj-C).
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and mobile UI paradigms.
• Strong testing practices and performance focus.
• BS/MS in CS/SE or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and ship features for the Traveloka mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Maintain modular, secure, and high-quality code with good architecture choices.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and good UX across networks and devices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to postmortems when incidents occur.
