Traveloka is seeking an experienced Manager, Mobile Engineering within the Financing Engineering team. You will own delivery and people leadership for a small mobile team, balancing hands-on coding with strategic direction.

You will set architectural standards, drive quality metrics, and guide engineers through ongoing growth, while collaborating with product and other teams. You will shape fintech-mobile initiatives across Southeast Asia, ensuring robust, compliant, scalable mobile experiences

Competenze

Minimum 8 years of mobile engineering experience with leadership of a small team.
Strong code review skills and ongoing coding contributions.
Ability to define architectural direction for mobile systems.
Experience delivering mobile projects through a small team with delivery ownership.
Comfort with AI tooling usage and governance within a team.

Mansioni

Own delivery of Financing mobile commitments through the team; unblock engineers and ensure ships.
Set the architectural direction for the team and maintain quality via hands-on reviews.
Run the engineering practice: review standards, crash-free rate, release health, on-call readiness.
Grow engineers through 1:1s, goal-setting, and candid feedback.
