Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a logistics operations-focused professional in Bekasi. You will process customer orders, ensure accuracy, and prepare cargo for delivery, coordinating with logistics partners to keep shipments on track.

You will also manage packing, labeling, and generate periodic reports on operations performance, expenses, and inventory while supporting an Integrated Management System and information security controls. Strong communication and Excel skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or account handling.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and distribution processes.
• Able to manage customer relationships and ensure operational needs are met.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Good problem-solving skills and responsive to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, ensure order accuracy, and prepare cargo for delivery.
• Pack the goods properly for shipping including printing labels, and coordinate the cargo delivery processes with logistic or courier parties.
• Prepare periodic reports regarding the performance of logistics operations, expenses, inventory, and special projects.
• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
• Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
• Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
