Job summary

Adaro Mining is seeking a qualified professional to drive company-wide management and quality improvement initiatives using PDCA methodologies. The role focuses on planning, execution, and continuous improvement of processes across operations.

The candidate will manage the Board of Directors' Calendar of Events, prepare KPI presentations, and lead CIP programs to monitor implementation progress, while representing the Mining Safety & Environmental Committee to ensure robust HSE cycle execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in Management, Industrial Engineering or Information System.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience handling ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 audits.
• Knowledge of mining activities is preferred.
• Reporting and writing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive PDCA-based improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Manage the Calendar of Events for the Board of Directors and prepare KPI presentations.
• Lead Continuous Improvement Programs and monitor implementation progress.
• Represent the Mining Safety & Environmental Committee to ensure effective HSE processes.
