Job summary

Accenture seeks a Mining Operations consultant to lead sustainable improvement projects in East Indonesia, delivering strategic direction to improve productivity and reduce costs. The role entails managing assignments, identifying opportunities, and ensuring PMO compliance, with travel to client sites as needed.

Required are a Bachelor’s in Mining/Geology, 3–5 years in mining consultancy, English/Indonesian communication, and an MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining or Geology Engineering or related field.
• MBA with operations or business improvement is highly preferred.
• 3–5 years in Mining Consultancy or Mining Industry.
• Experience in asset maintenance & performance, mining operations, or operational excellence.
• Involved in strategic project execution rather than routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Executing and managing sustainable operational business and process improvement projects.
• Identify improvements and provide best-practice solutions.
• Provide strategic direction to achieve significant value for the company.
• Manage project deliverables according to PMO and Operations Excellence standards.
• Oversee design and implementation of business improvements and resolutions.
• Communicate project plans, progress, and risks to stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with senior management to secure buy-in.
