Job summary

Accenture is seeking an on-site Maintenance Planner to drive the planning and scheduling of mining operations in East Indonesia. You will coach client planners, help design work management processes, and build reference materials for long-term use.

The role requires 4–10 years in mining or heavy industry, with hands-on CMMS experience and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency. Willingness to be stationed on client site for the assignment duration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline as listed.
• 4–10 years in mining/mineral processing or heavy industry.
• 3+ years in maintenance planning or scheduling role.
• Experience with a computerized maintenance management system in daily planning.
• Experience coaching or delivering structured training to maintenance staff.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive maintenance planning improvements for mobile mining equipment and fixed plants.
• Coach client planners and supervisors through structured training.
• Design and implement work management processes for planning and scheduling.
• Develop frameworks, tools, and reference materials for ongoing use.
• Track progress and adjust coaching to close capability gaps.
• Collaborate with Accenture and client teams to meet program goals.
• Deliver high-quality, sustainable benefits by improving safety, productivity, and costs.
