Job summary

PT Tempopress International Delivery is seeking a Legal & Contract Officer to draft, review, and negotiate commercial and service agreements, ensuring compliance with mining and energy regulations. You will support financing transactions, due diligence, and corporate records while coordinating with banks, notaries, and external counsel.

The ideal candidate has a law degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Legal & Contract, Corporate Legal, or a comparable function.
• Strong contract drafting, review, negotiation, and risk assessment skills.
• Good understanding of licensing and regulatory matters in mining/energy sectors.
• Fluent in English in professional settings.
• Available to join within one month.
• Based in Jakarta (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, service agreements, procurement contracts, confidentiality agreements, MoUs, and other documents.
• Provide legal reviews and advice on corporate, commercial, contractual, and operational matters, including risk mitigation.
• Support corporate financing and loan transactions, including facility agreements and security documents.
• Handle corporate legal matters, due diligence, and records, coordinating with notaries, external counsel, banks, and advisers.
• Monitor mining-related licensing requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal research and track regulatory developments affecting mining, infrastructure, energy, and corporate activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure timely completion of contracts and deliverables.
• Maintain and organize legal documentation and contract records for accessibility.
