Job summary

PT Dua Delapan Resources is seeking a Compliance & Governance professional to ensure proper reporting and licensing across mining operations. The role requires coordinating with technical teams for RKAB, maintaining SMKP implementation, and conducting internal control reviews to uphold corporate standards.

Based at the Head Office in South Jakarta, the incumbent will manage licensing documents and ensure timely renewals while adhering to Indonesian mining regulations and governance policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mining, law, management, accounting, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and licensing requirements.
• Experience in mining HSE and governance.
• Experience in developing SOPs, reports, and governance processes.
• Proficient with government platforms (MOMS, MODI, OSS, SIMPEL).
• Familiar with audit/internal control methodologies and assurance activities.
• SMKP and Risk Management certs are a plus.
• Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently or in a team.
• Placement: Head Office, South Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly internal and external reports on time.
• Monitor licenses and permits (IUP, PPKH, AMDAL) and renew before expiry.
• Coordinate with technical teams on RKAB submissions and approvals.
• Implement the seven elements of Mining Safety Management System (SMKP).
• Conduct periodic internal control reviews for process effectiveness.
• Prepare compliance reports and maintain audit/document records.
• Monitor regulatory and internal control compliance across operations.
• Maintain licensing documents and related administrative records.
