Job summary

PT Dua Delapan Resources in South Jakarta seeks a qualified professional to oversee reclamation activities and watershed rehabilitation for its subsidiary. You will manage data banks, ensure data accuracy, and report on Plan vs. Actual performance with clear follow-up actions.

Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with government agencies, and preparing management insights for strategic decision-making. This role is based at the subsidiary in South Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Mining/Civil) required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; at least 2 years at a nickel mining site.
• Strong understanding of mining operations, reclamation, watershed rehabilitation, databases, and licensing processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to conduct Plan vs. Actual analyses and identify gaps.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor reclamation activities for the subsidiary.
• Coordinate Watershed Rehabilitation (DAS) activities for the subsidiary.
• Develop and manage the Database/Data Bank to ensure data accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Conduct reconciliation of Plan vs. Actual performance and follow up on gaps.
• Ensure completeness and compliance of technical mining documents (RPT, RIPPM, RR, etc.).
• Coordinate with government agencies on documents, regulations, and licensing processes.
• Prepare management reports and provide insights for decision-making.
• Placement: Subsidiary of PT Dua Delapan Resources - South Jakarta.
