Qualifications

• More than 10 years of mining sector experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Familiar with JORC / NI 43-101 resource and reserve standards, with FS review experience.
• Fluent in Chinese; English proficiency preferred.
• Strong local Indonesian mining networks and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead mining resource acquisition and assess investment value.
• Coordinate feasibility studies and FS reviews with technical teams.
• Negotiate contracts and manage stakeholder relationships with government and investors.
• Leverage local networks to secure mining projects and partnerships.
