Possesses strong mining concession resource acquisition capabilities and extensive local miningindustry networks in Indonesia. Able to leverage local networks to facilitate governmentapprovals and commercial cooperation negotiations.

KeyExperience Requirements

• • Provenexperience in mining projects in Indonesia with a strong understanding of localmining concession acquisition, environmental permits, community relations, andconstruction systems.
• • Provenhands‑on experience managing the entire process from resource assessment to feasibilitystudy (FS), investment analysis, and project implementation.
• • Able toeffectively utilize local networks to facilitate government approvals andpartnership negotiations.

MandatoryRequirements

• Morethan 10 years of relevant experience in the mining sector, including atleast 5 years of experience as a project leader or in a core managementposition;
• Familiarwith JORC / NI 43-101 resource and reserve standards, with experience inpreparing or reviewing feasibility studies (FS);• Practical experience inintegrated mining and processing planning as well as technical and economicanalysis;
• Fluentin Chinese; English proficiency is preferred.
• Candidateswith both commercial capabilities and a mining technical background are a plus.

• Possessesstrong networks among Indonesian mining industry stakeholders, including governmentauthorities, mine owners, concession holders, investors, financial institutions,and professional institutions;
• In-depthknowledge of Indonesian mining policies and mining concession systems, including RKAB, IUP/IUPK, and related regulations;
• Familiarwith major metal commodities such as nickel, copper, gold, bauxite, and ironore;
• Able to accurately assess mining concession quality, resource potential, development conditions,and investment value;
• In-depthknowledge of Indonesian mining policies and mining concession systems, including RKAB, IUP/IUPK, and related regulations;
• Capableof continuously obtaining genuine and valuable mining projects, rather thanmerely providing project information.

2 Technical Assessment Capability

• Evaluate mining resource conditions, mining methods, and mineral processing technologies;
• Organize technical solution comparisons and review pre-feasibility studies, feasibilitystudies, and FS reports;
• Assess the reasonableness of technical routes and communicate effectively with geology, mining, mineral processing, metallurgy, and engineering design teams.

3 CommercialCapability

• Familiar with various cooperation models, including equity partnerships, EPC, EPC+F,
• andinvestment development;
• Capable of conducting contract negotiations, project risk identification, and investment decision support.
