Job summary

Want Want China is seeking a Chinese-speaking FAT Manager for a leading nickel mining project in Indonesia. The role is on-site in Jakarta Utara, overseeing finance, accounting, taxation and regulatory compliance for a multinational group.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years’ experience in finance with 5+ years in leadership, strong taxation expertise and proficiency in Mandarin and English to coordinate with regional HQ.

Qualifications

• Mandarin Chinese proficiency required for regional HQ communication.
• Strong English proficiency required for multinational reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 8–10 years of finance, accounting and tax experience; 5+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance, accounting, taxation and governance functions.
• Coordinate corporate tax planning, tax reporting and audits.
• Supervise AR, AP, treasury, cash flow and cost control.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, monthly management reports and variance analysis.
• Ensure statutory and management reports comply with local standards and corporate policy.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants and government authorities.
• Maintain internal control systems and improve financial processes.
