Job summary

PT. Surya Fajar Indonesia is seeking a logistics coordinator in Kosambi to plan routes, input routing data, and manage driver logs within our data management system. The role requires coordinating with internal teams and external transport vendors and ensuring accurate documentation.

The candidate will monitor shipment status, handle POD processing and billing records, and adapt to a 6-day on-site schedule with rotating shifts in Kosambi, Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, fleet, or transport administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas) and TMS.
• Familiar with route planning, vehicle scheduling, POD processing, and transport billing.

Responsibilities

• Plan routes and input routing data, vehicle schedules, driver logs into the data management system.
• Create and archive delivery orders, receipts, and shipping bills for document control.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external transport vendors.
• Monitor shipment status continuously and provide routine updates.
• Process and manage Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and billing records.
