Job summary

SIGMATECH is seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Engineer in Jakarta to design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 solutions across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business. You will drive administration, security, licensing, and compliance while mentoring junior engineers.

You will automate tasks with PowerShell, perform health checks, lead migrations, and collaborate with customers to deliver best-practice configurations and detailed operational procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and PowerShell.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 migration tools and hybrid environments.
• Understanding of Microsoft security and compliance solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 solutions including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
• Manage Microsoft 365 administration, security, licensing, and compliance.
• Configure and manage Conditional Access and Microsoft Purview.
• Perform tenant health checks and optimize Microsoft 365 environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Microsoft 365 issues (L2/L3 support).
• Lead Microsoft 365 migrations and implement Business Premium and ME5.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administration and reporting.
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and recommend best practices.
• Produce technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership during projects.
