You will own day-to-day administration of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Entra ID; partner with the Service Desk; and use PowerShell, Graph and Power Automate to automate tasks while contributing to an effective M365 operating

Aufgaben

• Own the day-to-day health and administration of Microsoft 365 services, with a focus on Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID and tenant services.
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex incidents and service requests, providing third-level troubleshooting and coordinating resolution with internal teams, vendors and Microsoft support.
• Monitor service health, licensing, audit information and operational alerts; identify risks early and protect service continuity.
• Manage mailbox and group administration, permissions and delegation, licensing, and user lifecycle exceptions.
• Support users and the Service Desk with clear technical guidance and troubleshooting for Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and related services.
• Investigate mail-flow, anti-spam, connectivity, client and access issues using Microsoft 365 tools.
• Use PowerShell and Graph or Power Automate to automate repeatable administration and strengthen operational controls.
• Maintain runbooks and support documentation; follow ITIL-aligned incident, request and change-management practices.
• Lead or participate in M365 projects such as tenant optimisation, content migration, lifecycle and retention improvements, and security hardening.
• Assess upcoming changes, test impact, and translate updates into clear communication for users and support teams.
• Partner with Security, Modern Workplace, Infrastructure, Service Desk, and HR/Business stakeholders to deliver secure, supportable solutions.
• Promote least privilege, MFA, secure configuration and governance across M365 operations.
• Contribute to service reporting and continuous improvement, including escalation paths and ownership boundaries.
• Participate in production support and planned change activities outside standard hours when required.
